Our Team
Together we can grow, learn, thrive, influence and inspire others.
Founder's Story - Glenise Dedrick
Having the privileged role of working alongside men and women of all ages for the past 30 years, and more recently in the past 12yrs, I find myself reflecting on the many stories shared, the vulnerable circumstances people have faced, and the dysfunction many have had to endure. For example, the emotional state of isolation can be so overwhelming that all hope seems lost. Until someone comes along to bring hope and support, we remain in an ever-present vacuum of disbelief and suspicion, and the emotions that connect, feeling trapped, alone, and unsupported becomes our reality.
Through my own personal experience, and those of others, weaves a common thread. Lack of awareness, whether it be education (not understanding one’s rights), void of a model for living to aspire to, living in a community feeling marginalised, or lacking support and connectedness. As a woman, having experienced the many challenges of the above and more, TWInc. was founded on this premise.
As a man/woman thinks so he/she is…….
Awareness is 90% of the solution. Having to pull ourselves up by the bootstraps is no fun and going it alone is even harder.
Through education, mentoring and networking; surviving and thriving can become our reality.
I believe we all need to position ourselves in an environment where we are encouraged, empowered, challenged, and supported to be all that we are designed to be.
You are wonderfully and fearfully made – designed for purpose.
“Purpose needs to be accompanied by resilience, perseverance, and clarity of judgement.” – Tim Costello (World Vision)
My purpose is to make a difference for the better in my sphere of influence. Acceptance of my call sets my course.
What is your purpose – what lights up your eyes – what makes your heart sing? Join us and journey with us and see what God can do in and through you. (Glenise Dedrick).
